so. last night he appeared on the o'reilly factor. he really wants to get past through all of this and is looking for the for what matters to the voters at the end of the day. even though he hasn't put out a tax concrete plan. he put the rate at about 15% or so. he was put back on the notion by bill o'reilly as to whether or not that will leave us with a greater debt, more deficit and carson said that amount, about 15% would be accompanied with cuts as well. >> we have 4.1 million federal employees, we are not going to replace them as thousands of them retire. we have 645 government agencies and sub agencies, we can cut at
